Golden Services Care is an independent, family run domiciliary care company set up in 2012 by Patricia Morgan. Her vision was to create a care company that goes the extra mile in promoting and supporting the independence of our clients in the safety and comfort of their own homes. Pat has worked in the care sector since leaving school; progressing from support worker all the way up to registered manager for a number of other domiciliary companies over the years. Eventually she took the plunge into starting up her own home care company that has since developed and grown to cover the Wantage, Grove and Didcot areas. Since it’s conception Golden Services has worked hard to build a reputation for providing outstanding care.

We have been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ in care three times by the Care Quality Commission. Our most recent CQC report can be viewed at www.cqc.org.uk.

Golden Services Care believe that everyone should have choice and control of their care needs. We put our clients at the centre of their care, ensuring that their package is suited to meet their needs and support their independence, whilst preserving their dignity and privacy. A full and thorough assessment is undertaken to ensure we are taking a holistic approach to the client’s individual needs.

Our commitment to care is reflected in our Care Quality Commission reports in which we have achieved an Outstanding in care on three separate occasions.

We treat every client as an individual and use a person-centred approach to our care planning. Drawing information from the individual, their loved ones and other relevant healthcare professionals we take a fully holistic approach to your care. Regular care reviews ensure that your care is always to the highest standard.

We believe that everyone should have choice and control over their care. Our staff provide care services with dignity and respect to promote and support the independence of our clients.

“My 90 year old father who has limited vision and is in a wheelchair has has had the most fantastic carer from Golden Services Care for the past four months. She has provided reliable high quality care for my Dad – 7 days a week. She has sorted out the dry skin on his swollen legs and even cooks bacon and sausages for him for breakfast even though she is a vegetarian herself!
